This Shipping Policy explains how BikesGOM processes, packages, and delivers orders placed on BikesGOM.com.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 08:30 to 20:00.

✔ Standard processing time: 1–2 business days

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

During holidays or high demand periods, processing may take 1–3 additional days.

2. Shipping Areas

We deliver to:

✔ All of Spain (mainland + Balearic Islands)

✔ All EU countries

✔ United Kingdom

✔ Switzerland & Norway

✔ USA, Canada, Australia (selected products only)

✔ International shipping worldwide (depending on local regulations)

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

A. Spain (Mainland)

  • Delivery time: 24–72 hours

  • Couriers: SEUR, Correos Express, DHL, UPS

B. Balearic Islands

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days

C. European Union

  • Delivery time: 3–6 business days

  • Couriers: DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS

D. United Kingdom

  • Delivery time: 4–7 business days
    (Custom charges may apply)

E. International (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)

  • Delivery time: 5–12 business days

  • customs clearance may extend delivery times

Note: Delivery estimates do not include customs delays.

4. Shipping Costs

✔ FREE SHIPPING on orders over €3000 (EU only).

✔ Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination country

  • package size & weight

  • courier rates

You will see the exact shipping price before completing your order.

5. Shipping of E-Bikes & Large Products

Electric bikes and large items require special handling and packaging.

They are shipped:

  • in reinforced boxes

  • with protection foam

  • with serial numbers and documentation

  • fully insured during transport

Delivery may require a signature upon receipt.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

✔ tracking number
✔ courier name
✔ tracking link
✔ SMS/Email updates (depending on courier)

You can track your order anytime online.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU Orders

No customs fees apply for deliveries within the European Union.

Non-EU Countries

Customers outside the EU may be subject to:

  • import duties

  • VAT

  • customs clearance fees

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Delivery Issues

A. Incorrect Address

If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, delays may occur.
BikesGOM is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer error.

B. Package Lost or Stolen

All orders are insured during transit.
If your package is lost, we will:

  1. open a claim with the courier

  2. replace the product or provide a refund

C. Damaged Parcel

If the package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos immediately

  2. Do not throw away the box

  3. Contact us within 48 hours

We will arrange repair, replacement, or compensation depending on the case.

9. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

For pre-orders or products temporarily out of stock:

  • Estimated shipping dates are shown on the product page

  • You will receive updates by email

  • You can cancel anytime before shipping

10. Delivery Attempts

Most couriers will:

  • make 2 delivery attempts

  • then hold the package at a pickup point

  • or return it to us after several days

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs may apply.
