1. ABOUT OUR BIKES

Are all your bikes new and original?

Yes. All bicycles sold by BikesGOM are 100% new, original, and sourced directly from official manufacturers or distributors. We do not sell used, refurbished, or open-box bikes.

Do your bikes come fully assembled?

Bikes are delivered 90–95% assembled.
You may need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebar, and adjust brakes or derailleur.
A professional setup is recommended.

Do your e-bikes include battery and charger?

Yes. Every electric bike includes its original battery, charger, and all manufacturer documentation.

2. ORDERING

How can I place an order?

Simply add your chosen bike or product to the cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and select a payment method. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel the order before it is shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return under our Return Policy.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders and view your purchase history.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is it safe to pay on BikesGOM.com?

Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified and encrypted payment providers.
We do not store your full payment details.

If available in your country, installment options will appear automatically at checkout.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to:

How long does delivery take?

  • Spain: 24–72 hours

  • Europe: 3–6 business days

  • International: 5–12 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over €3000 (EU only) qualify for free shipping.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

  • EU customers: No customs fees

  • Non-EU customers: customs/VAT may apply depending on your country

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We follow the official EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
You can return the product within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, BikesGOM covers all costs.
If returning for personal reasons, the customer covers return shipping.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.

6. WARRANTY

Do your bikes come with warranty?

Yes. All bikes come with:
✔ 2-year EU legal warranty
✔ Manufacturer’s commercial warranty (varies by brand)

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects, electronic failures, material defects.

What is not covered?

Normal wear, misuse, crashes, modifications, water damage, lack of maintenance.

7. SERVICE & SUPPORT

Do you offer after-sales support?

Yes. We provide full assistance for warranty claims, parts, or technical questions.

Where can I service my bike?

You may use:

  • any authorized service center from the brand

  • a professional bike workshop of your choice

For warranty repairs, contact us first.

8. OTHER QUESTIONS

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
