At BikesGOM, we offer secure and flexible payment methods designed for both EU and international customers.
Because our products include high-value e-bikes and performance bicycles, we use trusted, internationally recognized payment processors for maximum security.

All payments are encrypted, verified, and comply with European financial safety standards.

1. Bank Transfer (Recommended for Orders Above €3,000)

Bank Transfer is the preferred method for purchasing high-value e-bikes and premium bicycles.

  • No card limitations

  • Suitable for international clients

  • Ideal for orders above €3,000

  • Compatible with all global banks (SEPA and international SWIFT)

Once payment is received in full, your order enters the processing and shipping phase.

📌 Bank account details are provided at checkout or upon request.
📌 Any bank fees must be covered by the sender.

2. Credit & Debit Card Payments

We accept major international cards through our secure partners:

Card transactions are processed exclusively through certified international payment providers:

3. Payment Security

To protect you from fraud and unauthorized transactions:

✔ All payments are encrypted via secure SSL connections
✔ All processors comply with PCI-DSS Level 1 (highest security level)
✔ Anti-fraud systems are used for verification
✔ High-value transactions may require identity confirmation
✔ Sensitive card details are never stored on BikesGOM servers

Your payment information always stays safe, whether ordering from Spain, the EU, or internationally.

4. Currency

All prices and transactions are processed in Euros (€).

Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees depending on your country.
These fees are external and not charged by BikesGOM.

5. Payment Verification (High-Value Orders)

For security reasons, high-value purchases — especially international orders — may require:

  • Proof of identity

  • Proof of address

  • Verification that you are the authorized cardholder

This protects both the customer and BikesGOM from payment fraud.

If verification cannot be completed, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
