Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) are usually processed the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are processed on the next business day.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.

Free shipping for all orders over €3,000 (worldwide).

For orders below this amount, shipping fees are displayed before payment.

Oversized bicycles or large freight shipments may require additional handling fees — we’ll always confirm these before shipping.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union include all applicable VAT, with no additional customs charges.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees, payable by the customer.

BikesGOM is not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by customs procedures.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before purchasing.
8. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number and link.
You can use it to follow your shipment in real time.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We do our best to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

If your order is delayed or lost, we’ll help you track or replace it.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product to initiate a claim.
We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received — please contact your local delivery office in such cases.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional re-shipping costs may apply.
Returned packages can be re-sent once the extra shipping fee is paid.
11. Split Shipments
Some products may ship separately (e.g., from different warehouses or suppliers).
You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
